Gray Area Thinking

10/7/2025 7:00 PM

We’ve all heard the word “inclusion,” but what does it actually mean to make an organization—or even our personal lives—more inclusive? How can we move beyond grouping and labeling people by skin color, religion, politics, or country of origin? Can we really build a just and inclusive world in a time of such division?

Join national speaker, transgender writer, and “human inclusionist” Ellie Krug for her Gray Area Thinking training. This interactive workshop offers an easy-to-use toolset for becoming more welcoming to anyone who is considered “other” in our society.
